Description - The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is communication and marketing services for Hansel Oy's customers. The DPS object is divided into two (2) categories (subareas): 1. Overall service and 2. Separate services. The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments, especially in Appendix 1 (Object and conditions of the Dynamic Procurement System). During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can apply for participation.
