Description - The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG), on behalf of the 149th Fighter Wing, Texas Air National Guard, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), is requesting qualification from Respondents to install a communications tower on JBSA-Lackland AFB located i n San Antonio, TX. AACOG was the recipient of a Defense Economic Adjustment Assistance Grant from the Texas Military Preparedness Commission to install a 100’ communications tower. Construction is expected to begin no later than December 1, 2023, with a completion date of April 30, 2024.
