Description - Description: Progress Housing Group are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete compartmentation works at Derby House, Park Lane, Wesham PR4 3JY as per the attached specification. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health a nd Safety regulations, Insurances, accreditations and any other industry requirements.Contract termThe anticipated Contract duration is 16 weeksThe Contractor shall be required to undertake the works as per the specification provided by PHG, to undertake all the Compartmentation capital and remedial works identified.
