Description - Description: The service center for continuous learning and employment (Jotpa) acquires training that promotes clean transition investments. Competence needs have been identified in relation to, among other things, environmental procedures and other regulation of the green transition, financial expertise, strategic interaction of projects and making investment decisions. The goal of the procurement is to facilitate the implementation of green transition investments and promote their acceptability.
