Description - Description: Program for metropolitan-oriented research is a collaboration between seven metropolitan municipalities and KS. The program will initiate research projects that are relevant to the big cities, and be a tool for the big city municipalitie s' development of service provision and planning. The program is led by a program board with representatives from each of the seven cities. Oslo municipality v/ the city council's department of finance is the secretariat for the programme.
