Description - Description: As part of these activities, CNR owns a logistics warehouse on the industrial and river site in Montélimar (26). This 43,000 m² warehouse, built by CNR on a land of 81,000 m² will be empty of operating at 12/31/2025. CNR wishes to fin d a company for the marketing of its Montélimar warehouse. In parallel with this search for a new tenant, CNR wishes to carry out studies concerning the upgrading of the building from a regulatory and security point of view. In addition, this study will have to take into account the needs of the new tenant of the warehouse.
