Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications of the existing four-storey building U and the additions to the existing building U, which will be designated U2. Building U currently houses a psychiatric clinic inclu ding an open and closed inpatient ward, an acute ward, an outpatient section and the clinic's facilities. The extension of the four-storey building U2 will be operationally connected to the existing building U by a new communication vertical.
