Description - Description: Within the framework of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation undertaken aims at the award of a so-called composite framework agreement comprising a part corresponding to a fixed-price contract and a part corresponding to a frame work agreement, as regulated by Articles R.2162-1 et seq., for the performance of urban project management missions. Since the contract partly involves a framework agreement, it will be called a "framework agreement". The contract part will aim to entrust a service provider with the execution of project management studies relating to the implementation of the Integrated Guide Plan for Territorial Transformation and pre-operational implementation
