The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a study visit summarizing the financial perspective 2014-2020 and the current perspective 2021-2027 in the EU countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, in the scop e of projects meeting the criteria of European Added Value (EAV) in accordance with RIS LORIS for members of the Group for the Coordination of European Funds. 2.
