Description - Description: ESB proposes to establish a qualification system under a negotiated procedure for the at scale EPC delivery of 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV HV Substations and Substation Programmes. It is envisaged that a significant number of DSO and TSO G IS Substations will be constructed during the period 2026 - 2035 and will be delivered via this procurement process as outlined in Section A Information Memorandum, attached to this publication. Substations procured under this Qualification System will include for a full end to end scope of delivery which may include in some cases site acquisition and achievement of planning permission on behalf of the Contracting Entity.
