Description - Description: In connection with an order from the State Administrator, the municipality needs assistance related to the concept phase and regulatory plan work for a new nitrogen purification step at the Enga treatment plant. In order for Sandefjord m unicipality's treatment plant, Sandefjord RA (hereafter called Enga), to be able to fulfill the requirement for secondary purification in accordance with pollution regulations, the treatment plant was subjected to a major rebuild in the autumn of 2020.
