Description - Description: The objective of this procurement is to purchase information on the rock engineering design and construction of a hydrogen storage facility excavated in rock with conceptual accuracy. The competition is public and is open to rock enginee ring companies and companies with a separate unit/department specialized in rock engineering (see the procurement criteria section). Conceptual accuracy refers to preliminary information similar to a preliminary study. The results will be used as background information in the development of large-scale hydrogen storage in Finland.
