Description - The intention is to conclude a concession contract for services in order to create a Main Service Provider for Truck Tax in the Netherlands.The 'Main Service Provider' (HDA) is part of the broader Truck Tax (VWH) system that will be introduced in the Netherlands as soon as possible. The HDA ensures correct registration of the movement of trucks and collection of tolls. In addition, the HDA is responsible for paying the tolls to the Toll Collector (RDW on behalf of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management). The HDA will operate alongside the EETS providers.
