Description - Description: The aim of the tender is to enter into one concession agreement with one concession holder for the heat system for the station area in Hilversum. Through the concession agreement, the concessionaire acquires the exclusive right to design , realize and operate the heat system for the duration of the concession for his own account and risk. The station area is the area located and directly southwest of the Hilversum station. This area will be redeveloped in the period 2027 - 2035.
