Description - The purpose of this consultation is to select the economic operator who will be a shareholder in a single-operation mixed economy company (Semop), to which will be entrusted, within the framework of a concession lasting 25 years, management of the pu blic service for the production and distribution of urban heat throughout Paris. Heat distribution is carried out for subscribers located in the Parisian territory as well as, as ancillary activities, for certain subscribers or other public services in the territory of neighboring towns. The scope of heat production is the influence of power plants and transport networks in the territory of the City of Paris and neighboring towns.
