Description - Description: According to Section 26 in conjunction with Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25 of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Emergency Services Act (RDG M-V), the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Sport of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania issues a permit for intensive care transport by helicopter to be operated outside of the public emergency services.According to Section 2 Paragraph 4 of the RDG M-V, the purpose of intensive care transport is the doctor-accompanied transfer of patients under intensive care conditions and of high-risk patients to another treatment facility.According to Section 15 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Emergency Services Plan Ordinance
