Description - Description: The Vechtdallijnen Concession starts on 10 December 2028 and has a term of 15 years (until December 2043). The Vechtdallijnen Concession consists of two train services, namely the Almelo-Hardenberg train service and the Zwolle-Emmen trai n service.
