Description - Description: As part of the current open procedure, the State Office for Central Police Services NRW intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator on the provision of diesel fuel of a defined quality for collection by the client or a company commissioned by the client.The framework agreement has a minimum term of one (1) year. In addition, the term of the framework agreement is extended three times by one (1) year each time, unless it is terminated in writing by the client at least 3 months before the end of the minimum term.
