Description - Description: There is a need to carry out a survey of the buildings technical condition of school buildings in Arendal municipality. Condition assessment must be carried out according to NS 3424 Condition analysis of buildings at Level 1. The referen ce level is good condition, where no immediate maintenance is necessary. A report must be prepared for each location, in which the cost estimate for improvements to TG2 and TG3 must be stated. All consequential costs for carrying out measures must be included.
