Description - Description: Scope of procurementType and scope of the serviceThe subject of the service is the implementation of test purchases in the sense of tests in player protection in 2024 (1st test period) within the Federal Republic of Germany. Using blocke d test persons, it is to be checked whether gaming halls and betting shops or betting offices use the legally mandatory blocking system (GlüStV § 8 ff) online query player status (OASIS) and whether a comparison with the OASIS blocking file takes place before the respective test person takes part in the game. The aim of the measure is to uncover violations of the above-mentioned provisions. A 2nd test period (retests and new tests) will follow
