Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to establish an agreement with a supplier who can offer conference facilities, with the option of accommodation, over three days from 16 June 2025. The location is central Oslo, and areas between Oslo an d Gardermoen. The number of participants at the conference will be approx. 420 people on the one day and approx. 350 people on the other days. It is assumed that there will be a need for 110 hotel rooms, spread over three nights, for accommodation in connection with the conference.
