Description - NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Texas A&M University (TAMU) of College Station, TX, to purchase Consolidated Facilities Management (CFM) services for the George H.W.
