Description - Description: Tenders are invited for the demolition of an existing amenities building and the construction of a new amenities building at the Nambour Showgrounds.The Nambour Showgrounds are located at 80 Coronation Avenue, Nambour. As the Showgrounds will remain operational for the duration of the works, it is imperative that all works are carried out in a manner that will minimise impact on facility users, pedestrians, parking and traffic. The successful Contractor will be required to maintain close communication with Showgrounds staff and the Project Officer.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:• Demolition and removal of existing amenities building including footings, slabs
