The subject of the Order is the delivery, installation and start-up at the Ordering Party's, in the place referred to in par. 2, of a photovoltaic panel installation (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Scope") and, subject to par. 3, an energy storage facility, with the capacity described in detail in the construction design constituting Annex No. 2 to the Model Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Storage Facility", and the Basic Scope and Energy Storage facility together shall be referred to, subject to par. 4, second sentence, as the "Panel Installation"), including the performance of all activities referred to in §1 par. 9 and 10 of the Model Agreement. 2
