Description - Description: The municipality of The Hague, the Urban Development Department, wishes to conclude a framework agreement for construction cost advice.  The levying of fees for environmental permits ('construction fees') is largely based on the 'const ruction costs'. The construction costs as stated by applicants are checked in The Hague and determined to be realistic construction costs in order to arrive at correct and accurate tax assessments. This tender procedure is intended to allow a (new) framework agreement to be concluded with an expert provider who can provide this service for the municipality in the near future.
