Description - Description: The Region of Peel is seeking to retain a qualified Construction Manager (CM) to provide Construction Manager and Construction services for the design and construction of delivery of a new 10-storey residential tower, Peel Manor Seniors Rental Building at the Peel Manor site, located at 525 Main Street, in the City of Brampton, to accommodate 197 rental units, ground floor amenity and services spaces, outdoor landscape gardens, and surface parking.
