Description - Description: It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents who are prequalified.
