Description - Description: The consultation concerns the construction of 101 individual, intermediate and collective housing units located Avenue Marcel Lemoine and rue de la Rochette in CHATEAUROUX (36 000), on a commercial wasteland in the city center of Châtea uroux, near the exhibition center. This residential operation called "Le Moulin des Braseurs" is part of the reconstitution of the NPNRU offer (38 housing units), and in the "Action Coeur de Ville" scheme (50 housing units). The project also includes inclusive group housing for the elderly comprising 13 housing units. This consultation follows a procedure declared without follow-up due to failure within the meaning of Articles R. 2185-1 and R. 23
