Description - Description: General Requirements:The work covered under this project at Cap-Pelé harbour located in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the construction of a launching ramp.The work under this contract consists of, but not limited to, the removal and disposal of the existing deteriorated concrete and timber crib launching ramp, encapsulation of the ramp approach cribwork section with rocks, constructing a service area, installation of (2) concrete block abutments, excavation to permit construction of the new launching ramp and disposal in the on-site containment cell, construction of a new reinforced concrete launching
