Description - The subject of this consultation is the construction work on a sports complex in Nolay (21340) – Lots 7 and 8 are subject to a relaunch because they were declared unsuccessful on 06/16/2023 during the consultation initial.This is a works contract, concluded in the form of an adapted procedure in application of articles L1111-1, L1111-2 and L2123-1, and articles R2123-1 1° and R2123-5 of the public procurement code.
