Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the construction of an emergency staircase for evacuation of the ARA wing of the Constantinople site in Mons. The construction is located on the route of the old yellow house located at Rue des Arbalétrier s 4–7000 Mons. This construction requires modification work to R+1, R+2 and R+3 of the ARA wing in order to allow emergency evacuation. The work also aims to create a concrete slab to manage hospital waste. The contract provides for the creation of a closed room, the development of the surrounding area, the removal of a B2 waste room as well as revegetation of the site.
