Description - This new consultation follows an initial consultation. The initial consultation was an open call for tenders (L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 Ccp) divided into 20 lots. Lot no. of offer, it is therefore proposed a new consultation , in accordance with Article R2123-1.Given the technical constraints related to photovoltaic panels (PVP), it was decided to relaunch this lot with a temporary abandonment of the PPV without impact on the rest of the project, independent lot which may be the subject of a subsequent consultation
