Description - Description: The project concerns the rehabilitation of the site of the former toll station of the Brotonne bridge into an operations center for the Roads Department. Today the site includes two buildings (see details in the RC and other parts of the DCE). As part of the project, it is planned to rehabilitate the building of the former toll station (thermal rehabilitation of the envelope and modification of interior partitions) and to create a new building (operations center) which will house offices, changing rooms, toilets, garage, storage and workshops. This new building will be connected to the former toll station by a canopy. The second existing building on the site will not be modified
