Expression of Interest (EOI) for Establishing Branch of Bank
The University has a provision for establishing a Branch of a Bank on the Campus
of the University at Waranga. The details of the said Infrastructre and other
relevant conditions are as follows:
• Total Builtup Area of 180 Sq.m.
• Located near Entry and Security Complex and secured within University
compound wall.
• Separate Gates allowing for External Entry from Road and from inside the
University Compound.
• Separate washrooms for male and female. Separate Pantry and dining space
available.
• Ramp for access of Specially Abled Persons.
• Strong room (3 Side RCC Wall) available.
• Fire Protection available as per norms.
• Space for secured Work Area and Public Work Area available along with
Manager Cabin.
• Space for ATM at the Entrance Gate of the Campus.
• Uninterrupted Power Supply from Express Feeder and Water Supply from
University.
• The Bank has to get the interor and furnishing works done as per the Bankers
Design.
• The priod of Lease will be initially for a period of Five (05) Years with an
option to renew for such period as agreed upon with a predetermined
increase in the Rent.
• The Bank has to bear the Stamp Duty / Registration Charges towards the
Lease Deed.
The Interested Bankers need to send their proposals to the Registrar or or before
April 15, 2023 (Saturday) in sealed Cover about the rent they would offer along
with other benefits which will be offered to the University.
