Description - Description: Scope of Work:A1. BackgroundMuidumbe is a district in northern Cabo Delgado, bordered by Mocímboa da Praia, Mueda, Macomia, and Meluco. With a population of approximately 79,680 as of 2005, the district has a young and mostly female pop ulation. The Muatide Community within Muidumbe has been severely affected by terrorism, leading to the destruction of infrastructure and impoverishment. UNDP Mozambique is working to rehabilitate the community by improving their irrigation systems.
