Description - Description: Port of Antwerp Bruges wishes to grant the sites at Next Gen District (ex. General Motors) in concession. Some works still need to be carried out beforehand. The works mainly include: - Raising a section of the sites on the east side of Next Gen District by an average of approx. 1.60m and approx. 40,000 m³, incl. compacting the raised sand in layers. - Excavating a ditch on the east side of the site, approx. 25,000 m³. This soil is contaminated and needs to be removed and purified. - Filling in a ditch that currently runs across the site, approx. 10,000 m³. - Raising and constructing a ditch in the southwest of Next Gen District, approx. 35,000 m³, incl. compacting the fill.
