The audited profit and loss account statement certified by a practicing chartered accountant along with copy of income tax return filed and turnover certificate issued by CA for the last five years should be submitted along with technical bid. The turnover of the previous year shall be given the weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which tenders are invited. (Chartered Accountant should have a UDIN generated through the ICAI portal. Any such certificates without UDIN should not be considered and should be treated as an invalid document)Condition 21:To qualify for award of this contract unconditional, Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than 14.82 Lakhs for (Credit lines Letters of Credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc should be submitted along with technical bid.
