Description - 1.Purpose The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the RM2243 Reclaimed Waterl ine Improvements project. 2.Background The Work consists of installation of a new reclaimed water line which can service new development providing non-potable water for irrigation, construction, and industrial services.
