Description - Description: As described in greater detail in the RFB, the Caland Area (consisting of the Former Transformer Station and Former Euclid Shop) is contaminated with (i) polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”), and (ii) petroleum hydrocarbon compounds (� ��PHCs”), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (“PAHs”), volatile organic compounds (“VOCs” and together with PHCs and PAHs, the “Target Compounds”) and various metals.
