Description - Description: The contracting authority wants one contractor (main contractor) to participate in the construction team as an advisor from halfway through the DO phase. The contractor is responsible for all necessary disciplines, such as construction, fixed interior, installations, civil and demolition/dismantling. The Design Team is responsible for the design up to and including TO/specifications.
