Description - Description: An integrated design team will develop the design for the renovation of a municipal monument (approx. 8,000 m2 GFA) at Wandelboslaan 1 in Tilburg, including new construction (approx. 6,000 m2 GFA) up to and including a Provisional Design (VO). The design team will then transition into a construction team and further develop the design from Final Design (DO) to involve the implementing parties as early as possible in the design process.
