Description - The request relates to framework agreements for minor construction works that are ordered on an ongoing basis. The work includes unplanned and planned maintenance, minor remodeling, additions and new buildings, etc. Scope of work is reported in detai l in connection with each individual call-off. As some work will be carried out in apartments still occupied, consideration must always be given to the occupants when performing the service. Similarly, when working in municipal premises, consideration must always be shown to tenants within the property. Ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEK 250,000,000 per year, during the entire agreement period.
