Description - Description: Colombia is progressively developing the offshore wind sector, following the Offshore Wind Roadmap for Colombia which has been adopted as national policy. The Colombian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) is in the lead to develop the off shore wind sector in Colombia together with many stakeholders and partners.
