Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to utilize research and analysis to strengthen strategic decision-making related to the selection of partners, interventions and activities in Norad's governance and public finance portfolio, as well as in Norway's commitment to economic governance for some selected countries. Furthermore, the purpose is to strengthen the management action in the implementation of sector portfolios in Norad. The knowledge generated from this research is intended to enable adaptive management of the portfolio over time, to provide input for adjustments to the portfolio, as well as to inform and improve the performance of individual projects during implementation.lo
