Description - Description: The client invites participation in a competition for the procurement of consultancy assistance for the savings and efficiency improvement project for Sandnes Municipality. The action and financial plan 2025-2028 for Sandnes Municipality assumed savings in operation of a total of NOK 84.5 million. In this connection, the client needs assistance to identify specific savings measures that will have at least a similar effect.
