Description - Description: The Vermont Association of Planning and Development Agencies (VAPDA) seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a study of each Regional Planning Commission in Vermont, and the system as a whole. The study will look to ensure that the Regio nal Planning Commissions are statutorily enabled and strategically positioned to meet ongoing and emerging state and municipal needs and will review the following, including but not limited to, governance, funding, programs, service delivery, equity, accountability, and staffing.
