Description - Description: The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) provides inventory data to the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) in order to report forest carbon stocks to the United National Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)/E uropean Union (EU). In order to address this requirement, there is a need for the Contracting Authority to secure appropriate expertise to deliver the requirements of the reporting obligations to UNFCCC/EU. A key feature of the service to be provided will be contact with the Contracting Authority personnel involved in the assessment of carbon stocks in forests, including transfer of knowledge and skills in relation to reporting requirements to UN
