Description - Description: orad has a collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in Mozambique on the management of income from natural gas (LNG) in Mozambique. There is an agreement of intent with the government for the collaboration (Norad/MEF Mozambique, June 2024), and a program document for the period 2024-28 (see appendices 5 and 6). In order to provide high quality advice to the Government of Mozambique on the management of revenues from natural gas, there is a need for relevant consultancy services.
