Description - Description: The public contracting authority has secured call center services until the end of 2024, and thus from 1 January 2025, it will use the services of an external contact center supplier, which will result from a new public procurement. It w ill be telephone support services for citizens related to the reporting of public lighting malfunctions, public lighting switchboard malfunctions, damage to the optical infrastructure and the provision of information related to the activities of the public contracting authority.
