Description - Description: The Council wishes to establish a multi-provider Contract for the provision of a Contingency Contract for Residual Waste Treatment and / or Disposal. The Council is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regula tions.This is a services Contract being procured under the Open procedure with two LOTs.The Council has a contract with its West of England partner authorities for the majority of its residual waste.
